RETURNS & REFUNDS

Yes. At OXARY, returns are completely free to ensure a risk-free shopping experience. You have 30 days to send an item back if it doesn't meet your expectations.
🔄 How do I make a return?
Contact us at contact@oxary.co with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the product, the refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days.
🔄 What if the product doesn't suit my skin?
No problem. 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't suit your skin, we refund you in full, even if the bottle is opened.

Yes. Each OXARY formula is Ecocert COSMOS Organic certified, 100% naturally derived, vegan, and dermatologically tested. No aggressive ingredients, no synthetic fragrances, no sulfates.

Depending on the product: GEL RESET 390 ml lasts 2 to 3 months, SKIN FUEL 50 ml lasts about 2 months, EYE OPS 20 ml lasts 2 to 3 months. The complete INTENSE TRIO guarantees 4 months of routine without reordering.
