  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact

  • Your order number must be included

Oxary reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

💰 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

🔄 Exchanges & Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may choose between:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund
